Conference Attendance Support for Scientists from Emerging Nations
For Scientists from emerging nations, there is an exciting opportunity to receive a complimentary registration and $1000 AUD towards travel costs to attend ICPS 2022.
This program is open to all undergraduate students, PhD students and researchers in their early stage of career (up to 5 years post award of PhD) by the Conference dates. Applicants must first submit an abstract and then submit their application through the submission form and have at least one accepted abstract into the ICPS 2022 Program. How to submit
- Create an account or login to our submission portal
- Applications for Conference Attendance Support will not be considered without an approved abstract submitted for ICPS 2022
- Once you have submitted an abstract and are still logged in as an author, go to ‘Home’ and select the button ‘Submit Conference Attendance Support Application’
- Complete the application which includes attaching your letter of support
Successful applicants will receive the following
- Sponsored registration to attend ICPS 2022 from 26 June – 1 July 2022, including the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening
- Meet Nobel Laureates and Plenary Speakers in a thought-provoking panel discussion with Q&A at the Conference Workshops on Wednesday 29 June 2022.
- $1000 AUD travel contributions
Terms and Conditions
The scholarship is provided on the basis of a delegate submitting the following:
- An abstract for an oral presentation that is accepted in to the Conference Program
- A support letter from a supervisor/manager
ICPS and Arinex will not provide the following:
- Visa fees (if required)
- Per diems
- Travel insurance (note it is strongly recommended that all applicants arrange travel insurance)
