On behalf of the Australian Hydrogen Research Network, the AHRC 2024 welcomes corporate and Philanthropic sponsors to help support this event which brings together students, researchers and Industry representatives focused on helping build a successful hydrogen industry. The AHRC 2024 offers a unique opportunity to increase your organisation’s exposure to a diverse cross section of hydrogen researchers and industry stakeholders through e-marketing, marketing collateral, official website, and other promotional activities.
Interest in hydrogen energy continues to grow unabated world-wide. The CSIRO website HyResearch currently lists over 350 ongoing hydrogen-related research projects. This is an increase of over a hundred since February 2023. This is just for Australia. Worldwide there are many thousands of ongoing hydrogen research projects, and the growing hydrogen industry is estimated to be worth upwards of $26 billion to the Australian economy by 2050.
In February 2023 the first Australian Hydrogen Research Conference was held in Canberra attracting over 300 delegates including many from overseas, making it the largest conferences dedicated to hydrogen research in Australia. Standard Sponsorship Entitlements
All Sponsors receive the following standard entitlements:
- Recognition as a sponsor across conference marketing collateral, including website and promotional e-blasts, via logo placement with link to its website.
- Recognition on signage onsite at the event, including session slides, and program (printed and/or digital).
- Acknowledgement on the Conference Mobile App under corresponding opportunity.
- Verbal acknowledgement during the Opening ceremony.
- Use of the Conference logo up to 90-days post-conference.
Sponsor and Exhibitor Guidelines
- All packages are GST inclusive.
- First right of refusal for sponsorship & exhibition packages will be given to AHRC 2023 sponsors.
- First Booking rights to be received by COB Wednesday, 17 April 2024.
- All bookings for Exhibition booths received after this date will be allocated as available.
- To maximise exposure, please confirm your participation as early as possible; exposure in Conference publications and across signage onsite is determined by confirmation of sponsorship prior to print deadlines.
- The delegate list will exclude any delegates who have withheld permission to publish their details in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.
- Advertisement specifications, whether print or digital, will be provided after the confirmation of booking.
- Where applicable, venue surcharge to serve sponsor’s product will be an additional cost to the sponsor. Please note all food sampling is subject to approval by the Conference Manager, and the venue.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all bookings to be secured via relevant online booking portal.
- Packages $5,000 AUD or less must be paid in full via credit card at time of booking; all other packages subject to T&Cs.

Program Involvement
- Opportunity to sponsor a plenary session; sponsor will be offered the opportunity to introduce a keynote session within the AHRC 2024 program on a topic relevant to the sponsor (with a short introduction/welcome no more than 3-minutes). Subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis and at the discretion of/ subject to Organising Committee approval.
- Welcome presentation (max 2-minutes) at the official Conference opening.
- Verbal acknowledgements at the official opening and closing of the event.
Conference Registration

AHRC 2024 delegates are required to wear the official name badge, which is attached via an event-branded lanyard. This is an opportunity for just one organisation to have its logo included on all delegate lanyards in addition to the Conference logo.
